Terms and Conditions
Please read all the Terms and Conditions, by paying for lessons you are forming a contract with M S M Driving School and therefore agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully.
1. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for lesson cancellation, if not then you will be charged a full lesson rate on your next lesson.
2. All lessons are to be paid at the start of the lesson where pay as you go.
3. If a lesson is cancelled by M S M Driving School for any reason your lesson will be rearranged for you.
4. In the unlikely event I am late for your lesson where possible the time will be added on to the end of your lesson, or added on to a future lesson this is to be agreed by both parties.
5. You will be picked up for your lesson at an agreed location and time, if you do not show up after 15 minutes your lesson will be cancelled. The lesson will still be charged full lesson price.
6. The use of mobile phones during a lesson is strictly prohibited; this includes the use of hand-free devices.
7. M S M Driving School will only conduct lessons on a one to one basis unless a pupil ask's to have someone accompany them. In this instance the extra person must be seated in the back seat and their presence must not be a detriment to the lesson.
8. Lesson price's shown on our website may be changed at any time without prior warning. Students already taking lessons will be given one months notice of any price increases or decreases.
9. Driving under the influence of drink or drugs is illegal and strictly forbidden. if it is suspected that you may be under the influence of drink or drugs (this may included certain subscription drugs) your lesson will be stopped and you will be charged the full lesson price. It is normaly the morning after the night before that people get caught out, so please bear this in mind if you have an early morning lesson or test.
10. M S M Driving School reserves the right to withdraw the use of the car for test should the pupil prove not to be up to test standard
11. If your test is cancelled due to bad weather or poor light there is no compensation from the DSA. The DSA will automatically rearrange the test free of charge. The lesson before the test will still be charged for.
12. Beginner offer is for total beginners only with no previous driving experience.
13. Recommend a friend and get a 1 hour free lesson, this must be taken as part of a 2 hour session but you will only pay for 1 hour when your friend pay for a full priced lesson.
14. All special offers are to be taken as part of a 2 hour lesson and not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.
15. Vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers and can not be redeemed for money.
